There are three fundamental characteristics to distinguish between one type of coaching and another:

  1. Methodology: it can be directive or non-directive, that is, how much participation does the coach’s expertise have in the subject matter to be addressed in the session, if it transfers information, judgment or experience to the client (manager) or if it promotes an adequate environment for the development of tacit knowledge (not directive), in other words, that the client learns for himself.
  2. Purpose: the end of the coaching process can be for a personal or work objective.
  3. Participants: coaching processes can be carried out one by one or in a group.

In ONIX Bufete & Inversiones we have specialized in a “Business” coaching. We provide what we have called a MANAGEMENT ACCOMPANIMENT where we work closely with the General Management and the different headquarters to develop a “coaching mentality” and get the problems resolved in the best possible way, enhancing the skills of each person in charge.
